Katy Meets the Hoffs

Tripp is in the Kangaroo class at school.  They have a class pet named Katy, who is a kangaroo.  Each person in their class is charged with taking Katy for a weekend and then documenting that weekend.  Katy had lots of fun at our house, after we established a few ground rules.  At first Katy liked to bounce around my car, so we had to make sure she was securely buckled each time she got int he vehicle.

Tripp thought it would be fun to take Katy to the zoo and introduce her to the other kangaroos.  He also thought it was pretty funny to wear her like a kangaroo.

Katy also went with us to a church meeting.  Everyone who went had to wear a name tag.

Monday was a school holiday, so Katy also was able to go with Tripp to the stockshow where he had family showing.  Katy and Tripp both loved the stockshow.  Katy came home much cleaner than Tripp did.
