It just makes my heart melt to hear Garrett pray! Here is what he prayed for tonight:
“Dear Lord (pronounced with a W instead of L), Thank you for my family. Help you to be like us…I mean help us to be like you. Sorry for my sorries…..Mom did I have any sorries?”
Me, “Yes, didn’t you throw a fit?”
“Oh yeah...Dear Heavenly Father (pronounced Fader), Sorry for throwing a fit, help me to be better tomorrow. And Lord (again with a W) thank you for such a beautiful day. Amen….Oh no I forgot to say thank you for Jesus...And thank you for Jesus! Amen.”
