Tripp’s pumpkin was goofy, so Garrett and I agreed that Tripp’s should have a goofy face.
Garrett had never been into getting dirty. Every year we carve a pumpkin, and he just turns up his nose and lets me do all the dirty work. This year he just dove right in, and loved taking out all the “pumpkin guts.” Tripp, who usually is no stranger to dirt, surprised me by not wanting to touch it at all. He preferred to just take off the paper faces that we made to trace on to the pumpkin.

Tripp: What are you doing!?
He kept saying yucky
gutting the pumpkin
"de-facing" our pumpkins
Done!
I love that the boys don't look real, these are my cardboard cut out children that I use for photos!
