Happy 6th Birthday Garrett!

Garrett (just like most of us) loves his birthday!  He has been planning and re-planning, and making lists that go on for days, since his last birthday.  However, his birthday dinner is always very constant, chicken fried steak.  In fact, its probably the only night I make it each year.  He loves it!  I have also decided, that as far as desserts are concerned, he is very much like me.  He loves the idea of them, but would rather not eat any.  He asked for brownies, with the writing in  M&M's...didn't eat a bite!

Also, there are always multiple celebrations.  He celebrated as school, at home, then we went to the rodeo with his friend Hudson.  They had a blast!  He really loved the mutton chase, even though none of them actually understood that you have to pull the ribbon off to win.  They thought you just had to run and touch the sheep.

The blurry kid on the side is Garrett, he was very smart.  When they said go, he turned and ran the other way from all the others, which was the way the sheep was let loose.  So close, if only he had listened to the rules.
